The article presents the results of tests for the distinctiveness, uniformity and stability of a new breed of cattle, the Russian Holstein. The testing of animals of the Russian Holstein breed on environmental protection by qualitative and quantitative criteria showed that the new breed claimed as a breeding achievement is homogeneous and stable. Animals of the Russian Holstein breed differ from individuals of the compared Siberian breed in the color of the nasal mirror (pink) and hoof (yellow), characterized by high indices and averages of the following quantitative characteristics: live weight of bulls at 2 years of age, live weight of cows, head length of cows, chest width of the producing bull and cow, girth the chest of the bull, the length of the rump of the bull, the length and depth of the bull's body, the depth of the cow's body and the length of the anterior lobes of the cow's udder, the milk content of the cows of the first cows (with a high significant difference)
