Abstract   |   Authors   |   References
The article presents the results of the studies that test the quality indicators of the milk obtained with the use of robotic milking systems at AO Plemzavod “Rodina” in the Vologda Oblast. Technological factors affecting the quality of milk are determined. When milking with the use of VMS robotic technology, the level of somatic cells in the milk is almost 3–4 times lower than the maximum permissible values, and the rate of bacterial contamination of the milk is 5 times lower
